Terms and Conditions

If a reservation is cancelled...

-21 days or earlier to the arrival date of the guest, the full deposit is refunded

-21 to 14 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, the deposit is not refunded

-14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged

-7 days or less prior to the arrival date or in case of non show of the guest, the total amount of the stay is charged

-In case of unscheduled departure, the entire amount of the remaining stay should be paid

-The balance of the payment should be in cash.

-For credit card payment there is a charge 3%.

-A deposit, 30% is required to confirm your reservation.
-Baby cot is provided free of charge.

-Wi-fi internet in public areas free of charge.

-Computer available at Reception free of charge

-Pool towels available free of charge.
